WHO AM I? 

My name is Mary Groth and I am a Clinical Psychotherapist and Counsellor. My life experiences and own personal difficulties have led me to become passionate about helping others on their healing journey.

I am a mother to two boys, one fur baby, a wife and lover of coffee and catch ups with my friends. Everyday I feel blessed to be in a position where I work in a field I absolutely love - helping others heal.

I primarily specialise in trauma and mental health using a variety of evidence- based modalities based on the individuals needs.

- Masters in the Science of Coaching Psychology (currently studying) - Sydney University
