ARE ALL SESSIONS CONFIDENTIAL?
Yes, all counselling sessions are 100% confidential.

DO YOU OFFER MEDICARE REBATES OR HEALTH FUND REBATES?
We do not offer Medicare rebates as Private Practitioners.
In order to access Medicare rebates you must see your GP, be diagnosed with a mental health condition, get a mental health care plan and then a referral to see a Psychologist.
We do offer Private Health fund rebates from some of the major health funds such as Medibank, Bupa, AHM, Police Health and Pheonix Health. In order to assess if you are eligible and for the amount of rebate you would be eligible for please contact your Private Health Fund Provider.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY SESSION?
Sessions must be paid for in full a minimum of 24 hours prior to the booked appointment using credit card.
WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION TERMS?
If you require to cancel a booked session, this must be done minimum 24 hours prior to the session or a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
Any sessions cancelled prior to the 24 hour minimum notice period will be fully refunded to the client.
ARE OUR VIDEO SESSIONS SAFE AND SECURE?
Yes all video sessions are provided via a secure and encrypted telehealth platform called Power Diary.
